For the second year running, the National Landlords Association (NLA) organised the Property Women's Awards hosted by Melissa Porter.

Seddons works closely with the NLA and sponsored the London-wide competition this year for female property entrepreneurs.

I was delighted to attend the glittering awards ceremony at the Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel on behalf of Seddons to present the prize to the winner of the hotly contested London Award.  It was a bit like the Oscars - but with much less crying and much shorter speeches!

With the appropriate theatrical pauses, drum rolls and some sound track, I read out a roll call of the nominees and announced the  winner, Bindar Dosanjh, who has buit up a significant property porfolio spanning London, Sheffield, Hatfield, Scotland and Spain.
