John Midgley, a property litigator with over 15 years’ experience, has joined us to build on synergies between the firm’s significant property and dispute resolution practices. John has experience from both landlord and tenant perspectives and currently acts for a wide range of clients including property investment companies and managing agents as well as for private individuals. He has litigated in courts, Lands Tribunals and LVT and has used mediation and arbitration. He also has experience in contentious enfranchisement and lease extensions.
