Deborah Jeff, partner and Head of Family Law has recently co-authored an article with Andrew Brixey-Williams of Cavendish Wealth Management regarding the advent of a new piece of financial planning software named 'Truth'. This program can assist the family law practitioner from the outset of a case, allowing the user to paint a picture for the client of his likely position following divorce; produce scenarios according to settlement proposals and, crucially for high-net worth indivuduals, reflect the investment risk profile of a client in a potential settlement.

The article was recently published in the July 2008 issue of The Review, Resolution's industry periodical that informs lawyers of practice developments and case law updates with comment and opinion from a number of high-profile figures from the world of family law
