As a recent recruit to the Corporate Department Steve advises on a broad range of corporate concerns ranging from joint ventures to IP rights.
Before qualifying as a solicitor Steve held a number of senior roles in university administration including a period on secondment to the Government Department for Education and Skills. Most recently Steve was responsible for aspects of governance, organisational management and strategic academic planning at a major London university.
In addition to corporate work Steve acts for university students with a range of complaints against their institutions. Steve has successfully represented students in internal university appeals, complaints to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education and in the courts.
