Emily specialises in the London property market particularly in Mayfair, Marylebone, Belgravia, Chelsea and Kensington and south of the river in Balham, Battersea and Clapham as well as high value or complex country properties.
Her clients range from first time buyers to those with extensive residential and commercial property portfolios. Typically her clients are from the Finance & Banking, Legal , Media and PR Industries.
Emily liaises with Estate Agents and Brokers/Independent Financial Advisors to ensure that transactions proceed to a satisfactory conclusion
In addition, Emily undertakes light commercial property work and also acts for financial institutions on secured lending transactions.
