Emily deals with all residential property transactions including purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold land, granting and taking of leases, “equity releases” and secured lending.
Emily has an extensive knowledge of the property market in Mayfair, Marylebone, Belgravia, Chelsea and Kensington, Balham, Battersea and Clapham. She also handles the sale and purchase of complex, high value rural properties.
Emily’s clients range from first time buyers to those with extensive property portfolios. Typically her clients work in finance & banking, the law or media & PR.
Emily liaises with estate agents and independent financial advisors to ensure that her transactions are completed in accordance with her clients’ plans.
