Kyle is a member of our company and commercial team, advising on non-contentious aspects of the law affecting businesses.
Kyle handles corporate transactional work, including company acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, and business and asset transfers; he has particular experience in the property, IT, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Kyle advises on corporate structures and investor protection, including subscription arrangements and agreements between members. He also advises in relation to corporate funding.
Kyle advises in relation to commercial agreements including sale of goods and services, sponsorship, agency, franchising, distribution and profit sharing. He has experience across many sectors including property, retail, sports and entertainment.
