John has wide-ranging experience in the field of property dispute resolution, acting for both landlord and tenants, including contentious collective enfranchisement and lease extensions.
John acts for both commercial and individual landlords and tenants and management companies. His work includes possession/forfeiture proceedings, service charges/rent disputes, dilapidations claims, contentious business lease renewals and breach of covenant actions.
John has also developed a reputation in the field of collective enfranchisement and lease extensions including a highly contentious case which went to the Court of Appeal.
