Nikki is a Stage 2 part qualified accountant (ACCA) with three years experience in banking internal audit.
Prior to becoming a trainee solicitor at Seddons Nikki worked as a Senior Auditor in Global Banking and Markets. In this role she received training in order to assess legal, regulatory and market risk, credit worthiness and general corporate governance. Whilst working in banking she developed specialised knowledge of banking regulation and was exposed to a wide range of banking products. Nikki has also worked as a corporate paralegal and was recognised in the Mergers and Acquisitions magazine for assisting in a £11.9 million takeover.
