The commercial disputes team, as well as advising on debt recovery and a wide range of commercial disputes, has specialist teams in a number of areas – including employment, professional negligence and insolvency.
For many years, Seddons has worked in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong track record in music. This has led to the development of particular expertise in intellectual property disputes and defamation.
