If these options prove insufficient, we have an excellent track record for successfully litigating cases in English Courts and foreign jurisdictions.
Part of our service is to consider cost at the earliest possible stage so that our clients can fully appreciate the relationship between the potential expense of resolving their disputes and the benefit we aim to achieve In each case we consider all available funding options including insurance based options (before and after the event) conditional fee and discounted fee arrangements.
