Seddons' Dispute Resolution team represents the firm’s corporate clients in disputes concerning the infringement of their intellectual property rights and in particular in commencing and defending High Court proceedings involving breach of copyright, patents, design right, trade marks (including passing off) or disputes where confidential information has been stolen.

In the entertainment and media sectors we act for publishers, record companies, distributors, manufacturers and computer games developers. We also act for many individuals such as recording artists, songwriters, musicians, managers and music producers as well as producers and directors in film and television, scriptwriters, authors and sports professionals. We also work for representative bodies such as agencies, promoters and associations.
