We handle the acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses.

When we act for sellers we insist on in becoming involved at the outset so that we can assist the sellers groom the target for sale – i.e. rectifying any issues that may subsequently frustrate the sale. We also work closely with the seller’s advisors so that the transaction can be structured in a tax efficient manner.
When we act for buyers we take a commercial approach to negotiation and look to concentrate on the issues where the buyer may in the future be particularly exposed.

Whilst our focus is primarily on UK private limited companies we have extensive expertise in buying and selling companies in most popular off-shore jurisdictions
