Seddons enters The Lawyer magazine’s Top 200 list
Seddons, the Central London law firm that focuses on property, disputes, people and enterprise, appears for the first time in The Lawyer magazine’s Top 200 list which was published this week.
Robin Austin, the firm’s managing partner commented “Appearing for the first time in a list amongst the country’s leading law firms is an important step for us. Our property, disputes, enterprise and people practices are significant and most people we work with think that we are considerably larger than we are. However, we are growing at a satisfying rate – despite the present gloom in the property market”.
The firm’s entry shows that its fee income for last year was £6.5m with 18 partners and a total of 41 legal staff. Around 50% of the firm’s income is property (commercial and residential) related, over 30% is commercial and family litigation and 10% in corporate, commercial and employment. Private client works accounts for about 5%.
