Emily and Sara have over 16 years’ combined experience in supporting clients with their Central London properties and regularly advise international clients – particularly those from Japan, China, USA, Russia, Europe (France and Belgium) as well as the Middle East.

Emily Lui followed her first law degree with a masters in law at Kings College, University of London. Emily then trained and practised with a legal firm in Soho during which she undertook an internship at Warner/Chappell Music, qualifying as a solicitor in January 2005. In 2006 she moved to a Mayfair practice where she focused on her experience in the residential property market in both sales and purchases together with landlord and tenant issues.

Sara Hall qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and has worked for both West End and City law firms including Wedlake Saint, Field Fisher Waterhouse, Lee & Pembertons (now Thring Townsend Lee & Pembertons) and Streathers. She has handled all aspects of residential transactions including freehold, leasehold and unregistered land.

Whilst their clients represent all types of people, many are  in the sport, film, media, music and publishing sectors as well as in the banking, legal, insurance and broader financial services sectors. In addition to advising on properties in Central London and West End markets, increasingly they are advising on properties on those areas that are increasingly of interest South of the river in Battersea, Clapham and Balham.

In addition to their extensive residential property conveyancing experience, both Emily and Sara undertake secured lending work acting for various banks and financial institutions.
