Seddons, the Central London law firm that focuses on property, disputes, people and enterprise, has admitted Alexander Egerton to the partnership.
Alexander joined Seddons in summer 2008 from City firm, Picton Howell (now EMW Picton Howell). He qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
Whilst experienced in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, Alexander has particular expertise in intellectual property law and employment law. He typically acts for fast growing technology businesses and recently advised on the sale by auction of a TMT company.
Alexander has a keen interest in US politics. During his gap year before university he was an intern in a senator’s office in Washington DC. He has also worked for a law practice in California.
Kyle Irvine, head of the corporate department said “Alexander has had a huge impact since joining Seddons and the work levels have continued to increase despite the challenging economic circumstances."
