Houses In Multiple Occupation - Landlords Warned to be "Pro-active"
Jane Canham, Associate Solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution Team, has written an article which was published in the "UK Landlord" magazine advising Landlords to be pro-active in assessing whether their properties are deemed to be "Houses in Multiple Occupation" (HMO's) and need to be licensed.
