Hamptons International Open Evening
We keep hearing that confidence is slowly returning to the Residential Market,and there being no time like the present, Hamptons International plan to test the water next Tuesday,16th June.
They are hosting what they describe as an "Open House Evening" and have invited approximately 1500 potential clients,developers and speculators to their Clapham office from 6.00pm until 8.00pm.
It is hoped that for a considerable number of those attending,some common ground and synergy can be established, meetings initiated,deals negotiated ,and some business written.
It would be a positive start to the third quarter to say the least.
Funding is key,of course and it is believed there will be a number of professional advisors in this area to offer guidance and assistance,if not a plain reflection of what is out there in the market for borrowers/investors.
In addition, it's expected that a number of other property professionals will be in attendance to answer general questions and offer services.
Seddons will be represented by myself (with 17 years experience in the Residential Market) and Anjou Kataria with equal experience in the Residential Non- Contentious field with a strong specialism in Enfranchisement.
