Legal challenge to £25,000 service charges
Seddons is representing the 37 lessees of Chesterton Square and Broadwood Terrace who have made application to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal to determine whether service charges they are being asked to pay following a programme of major works, which included repair of windows and external redecoration are reasonable. Lessees are being asked to pay up to £25,000 each for those works.
Some of the lessees were interviewed by ITV for London Today, ahead of the commencement of the hearing of the lessees application in the LVT.
