New Head of Employment at Seddons
We are delighted to announce that Wendy Trehy has joined Seddons as our Head of Employment. Wendy was previously a partner at Davies Arnold Cooper and in house employment counsel at BSkyB plc.
Robin Austin, Managing Partner, said: “I am very pleased that Wendy has joined us to bolster and develop further our Employment Team. This fits ideally with our controlled growth business strategy in the important sectors of our practice. She will complement our expanding corporate department by providing additional support to our corporate clients. Her wealth of experience both as in house counsel and in private practice is a significant boost to the overall “Seddons Team”.
Wendy advises a wide range of clients, from SMEs to international plcs as well as senior executives. Wendy works closely with her clients so that she understands their businesses and this knowledge enables her to provide commercial, practical advice and effective solutions to employment issues.
She is an experienced advocate, managing both employment tribunal and high court litigation, supporting clients managing day to day HR/employment issues and providing corporate support advice on the employment aspects of business sales and acquisitions and TUPE.
