John Midgley joins ALEP Advisory Committee
At the recent Annual General Meeting of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners, Seddons Property Enfranchisement Partner John Midgley was elected to its advisory committee.
John said “I am delighted to be getting more involved in this organisation which has seen its membership grow rapidly in the last year. ALEP brings together specialist solicitors, barristers and valuers and seeks to promote best practice within this sector.”
Seddons has a specialist enfranchisement team which acts for both freeholders and leaseholders on the acquisition of freeholds (under collective enfranchisement legislation), lease extensions and right to manage applications.
