Telegraph pays composer damages for story on his 'continuing' assault trial
Daily Telegraph reported that Simon Boswell's trial was still ongoing when he had in fact been cleared.
Boswell's lawyer, Marvin Simons, the head of disputes at law firm Seddons, said the case was the first instance of its kind where such a mistake was made and resulted in damages.
