We work in partnership with estate agents and developers, offering the very highest level of service to their customers whilst reducing administrative burdens and transaction time. We were one of the first firms of solicitors to develop a system that incorporates the Government's home "Sellers Pack" and also operate an on-line Case-tracker that allows their clients and permitted third parties (including estate agents) to monitor the status of their transactions at any time.
Our team also acts for ancillary businesses in the market including investors, financers, developers and contractors. We can assist you with the acquisition and disposal of residential properties, new builds, developments, renovations and conversions. We can also help you to arrange short and long-term financing and re-financing.
We also have a specialist Enfranchisement team dealing with all aspects of collective or individual enfranchisement for both landlords and tenants, as well as Right to Manage applications. The team also represents its clients in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Lands Tribunal.
