Instructions

Seddons' online Case-tracker is an extension of our sophisticated in-house document management system and allows you to securely monitor the progress of your cases and transactions 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.

Viewing a Transaction

From the Welcome page, click on the "Display Transactions" link to view the progress of your case.

To view the details of a particular transaction, click on the highlighted reference in the left hand column of the table to open the record. Once the transaction record is open, use the "Welcome", "Milestones" and "Notes" tabs to view the relevant information.

Searching for a Transaction

From the Welcome page, click on the "Search" link and input as much requested information as possible about the required transaction record, then click on the "Search" button. Any results will be displayed below the search box.

Click on the highlighted transaction reference in the left hand column of the table to view the record and navigate using the "Welcome", "Milestones" and "Notes" tabs.

It is also possible to select transactions from a list of recently viewed items. From the Welcome page, click on the "Personal Activity" link for a list of the last 50 transactions viewed. Clicking on the highlighted transaction reference in the left hand column of the table will again open the record.

Logging Out

From the Welcome page or the Transaction Record page, click the "Log out" link to exit Case-tracker.

Email and SMS text message Alerts

If required, Case-tracker can send you an email or text message every time a stage of your matter is completed. Please let your case handler know if you would like to activate this function.
