Frankie is a Paralegal in the Family team and assists all members of the team with divorce, financial remedy and children matters.
Prior to joining Seddons, Frankie worked as a Paralegal in the Family department of a firm which specialised in the international movement of children, and care proceedings. He also worked as a Youth Advocate at a children’s rights charity, advocating for young people in the care system, with a particular focus on Education and Community Care Law. He successfully accommodated homeless young people in local authority accommodation, and represented excluded young people at school Governing Body hearings.
In his spare time, Frankie volunteers at a legal advice centre, assisting litigants in person with divorce and children matters. He is also a regular volunteer at a charity which aims to improve access for young people into the legal profession, and has recently led a group of sixth formers through a conference and report writing exercise proposing to MPs the introduction of No Fault Divorce, so couples can divorce without attributing blame.
