    Hinal is a Consultant in our Employment team and acts for employers and executives on the full ambit of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Hinal also provides training programmes for her clients who span the construction, entertainment, recruitment, travel and retail sectors, as well as professional services and the not for profit sector.

    • Representing employer clients in defending employment tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, victimisation, harassment, bullying, notice and holiday pay
    • Advising around disciplinary and grievance issues and procedures
    • Providing strategic advice around exiting employees
    • Advising on performance management and other capability issues and dismissals
    • Restructures and redundancy procedures
    • Advising on day to day HR issues including advice on statutory and contractual entitlements
    • Drafting bespoke service agreements, confidentiality and post-termination restrictions
    • Drafting and advising on settlement agreements
