Property Disputes Partner Leon Golstein discussed options for leaseholders struggling with noisy neighbours
Earlier this month a woman in Kensington was awarded over £100,000 in damages by the High Court after suing her noisy upstairs neighbours who had removed their carpets.
Head of the Property Disputes Team, Leon Golstein, commented in the Sunday Times. Leon discussed the options available to leaseholders struggling with nuisance noise, including checking whether there are obligations in the lease which the landlord must enforce, and ultimately, the potential to seek redress in the courts.
