Family Partner Neil Russell is featured in the Daily Telegraph offering advice to couples concerned they may be heading for divorce
January is traditionally a time when solicitors see a spike in divorce enquiries. Family Partner Neil Russell comments in the Daily Telegraph offering advice to couples who feel they may want to consider a divorce after a tricky festive period, on steps to consider first before taking the plunge. Indeed, Neil believes many couples who find their way to court don’t really want to divorce. “If only they would work through the rocky patches, they could have a better life together,” he says.
In the article Neil offers advice for avoiding entering the divorce process in January, and recommends working on the relationship to see if it can be salvaged or improved, before seeking a divorce.
