    Partner Neil Russell Named Head of Family

    Seddons is pleased to announce that Partner Neil Russell has been appointed Head of the Family department.

    Following the merger of B D Laddie and Seddons in October 2016 Neil joined the firm as a Partner. He is a leading Family law practitioner, with a long-established reputation in the sector. Neil advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, children and finances. He appears regularly on LBC as a family law commentator and is often quoted in the national and trade media.  

    Neil’s client base includes high net worth and high profile individuals, ranging from celebrities, captains of industry and even the Prime Minister Boris Johnson, which is a matter of public record. He has particular experience advising on complex financial disputes and his instructions often involve international elements, cross-border issues and Trusts. He also has specialist expertise advising on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.

    He is recognised by leading legal directory the Legal 500 as “one of the go-to people in the matrimonial world” … “[clients] know they can rely upon his business acumen and common sense to guide them through the most complex of cases.”
