Solicitor Rory Lynch discusses his successful representation of the abandoned wife in Mail Online.
A successful Dubai businessman attempted to deny his marriage and child with wife, Ms Lili Negabahni, who was represented by Seddons Solicitor, Rory Lynch. Farhaj Sarwar attempted to silence his wife by using a gagging order, which has now been overturned.
Commenting on the case, Rory said, “This continues a recent trend where the courts are preventing wealthy individuals from tactically using gagging and anonymity orders to conceal the existence of marriages and children.”
