Private Client Solicitor Zoe Pearse has achieved her Trust and Estate Practitioner qualification.
We are thrilled to congratulate Zoe Pearse on the completion of her STEP qualification, making her Seddons’ third STEP qualified lawyer. STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations. TEPs are recognised experts in their field, with proven specialist qualifications and experience, including significant involvement with planning, creation, management of and accounting for trusts and estates, executorship administration and related taxes.
In her role in the Private Client team, Zoe acts for a wide variety of clients such as high-profile individuals, families, wealthy individuals, and charities. She is highly experienced on elder law issues and works with people who lack capacity, their families and other professionals to achieve the best result for our clients. She regularly advises and drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure our clients’ financial affairs, health, and welfare are protected in the event of loss of capacity.
On her STEP qualification, Zoe said “I am delighted to have completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates. The many hours of study spent on top of everyday working life has been challenging but the knowledge and expertise I have gained has been vital in my role as a Private Client Solicitor and the service my clients receive.”
Seddons’ Private Client team focuses on succession planning, preserving wealth, pre-empting conflicts, and protecting the interests of high net worth individuals and their families. They have been praised in legal directories for giving the “right advice each time, tailored to each individual client. It has a strong private client offering with international expertise, and is well matched by a robust contentious team.”
If you have any questions related to trusts, wills, wealth and estate planning, estate related disputes, tax, or any other Private Client matters, please get in touch with the team.
