When employees are told that redundancies are proposed or that there will be a reorganisation within their business, it can be a stressful and confusing time.
We advise clients on the lawfulness, or otherwise, of the proposals put forward by their employer and the process followed. It may be that our client believes that the redundancy is not genuine or that they have been unfairly selected, and it is in these situations that our significant experience can add value.
