    We are experienced and confident litigators and give our clients unwavering support in the defence of claims brought in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. We have a strong record of encouraging complainants to drop claims early and securing costs from claimants who pursue weak or unreasonable claims. We also assist with pre-claim conciliation through liaising with ACAS.    

    We cover all areas of employment litigation including claims for unfair/constructive dismissal, breach of contract and the TUPE regulations, discrimination and whistleblowing. We also handle disputes regarding employment status and territorial jurisdiction.

    Our clients have different objectives when faced with a claim. Some, for commercial reasons, prefer a strategy aimed as settlement whereas others are keen to fight a claim to its conclusion, including to deter future claims.
