As well as advising directors and non-executive directors regarding their roles, duties and liabilities in the event of an insolvency situation, we have extensive experience in bringing and defending claims under the Insolvency Act relating to misfeasance, fraudulent trading, wrongful trading, preferences, transactions at an undervalue and transactions which defraud creditors. We also have extensive experience advising directors in company director disqualification matters.
