    We undertake a full review of such matters, establishing firstly that TUPE applies and the employees who are potentially affected. We conduct diligence reviews and identify legal risks early on, ensuring businesses know of their financial and legal liabilities and obligations. Where needed, we negotiate appropriate protection and indemnities for our clients to protect against potential risks.

    We offer clients pragmatic and commercial advice around the TUPE Regulations including complying with statutory requirements and undertaking consultations. We also advise on TUPE related dismissals and redundancies and managing employee relations pre and post transfer.

    We assist clients with all aspects of TUPE litigation including claimed breaches of the Regulations and where the eligibility of any individuals to transfer under TUPE is disputed.
